About the Movie
A divorced couple who can quarterly stand each other are forced to join forces for a common cause: to stop their only daughter, Lily, from making the same mistake they made twenty-five years ago. A recent college graduate, the young woman travels to Bali for vacation and impulsively decides to marry a local seaweed farmer she has just met. Determined to sabotage the wedding plans, the parents fly out to the tropical paradise, but the forced proximity will bring old memories back to the surface.
While plotting mischief and secret alliances to convince Lily to call off the wedding, the two former partners end up rediscovering long-buried emotions. Amid stunning beaches, local rituals, and witty bickering, they realize that love and second chances can grow in the most unexpected places. The journey transforms not only their daughter's future, but also the ex-couple's own fractured relationship.
