About This Soundtrack
The 2026 reality comedy film Jackass 5: Best and Last, directed by Jeff Tremaine, serves as the final installment in the long-running stunt franchise. The documentary follows original members Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, and Wee Man as they perform their final set of outrageous pranks and painful stunts. Celebrating over two decades of friendship and physical comedy, the production combines new footage with archive clips, offering a nostalgic look back at the history of the group.
The film's audio profile relies heavily on punk rock, alternative metal, and classic rock, which match the high energy of the stunts. Without a traditional orchestral score, the soundtrack features notable tracks like the franchise's classic theme 'Corona' by Minutemen, alongside Billy Strings' cover of 'If You're Gonna Be Dumb, You Gotta Be Tough'. Songs by Starcrawler, Karen O, Electric Six, and The Rolling Stones provide the fast-paced accompaniment for the crew's final antics.
